Wall Panels

In the context of modern construction technology, two L Sections are welded together to form the slab panel in our Aluminium Formwork systems.
Slab Soffit Length
Depth × Width: 150 mm × 100 mm. The length of the Aluminium Formwork SL varies from 600 to 1800 mm. This SL features lip support, enhancing slab deck stability, a key aspect of modern Construction Technology and efficient Formwork Systems.
Mid Beam ( MB) & End Beam ( EB)
Dimensions: Depth 150 mm × Width 150 mm. Lengths of MB: 1050 mm. Lengths of EB: Variable based on design. In Aluminium Formwork, EB/MB is coupled with Prop Head (PH), which is deshutterable without disturbing the Prop Head (PH), showcasing an innovative approach in Construction Technology and Formwork Systems.
Prop Head ( PH)
The size of the Aluminium Formwork PH is 300 mm in length and 150 mm in width. This PH is interlocked with both the MB and EB components. In line with modern Construction Technology standards, two PH sets are supplied along with two props, all designed according to IS:456 structural standards for effective Formwork Systems.
