Mr. Mallesh is a pioneer in Aluminium Formwork with over 25 years of industry experience across Malaysia, Korea and India.
His career journey exposed him to advanced construction practices, where he mastered the complete lifecycle of aluminium formwork — from design and production to installation and execution of complex projects.
He played a key role in introducing Aluminium Formwork to India and has led the execution from the front for various landmark projects across India.
At I-FORM, he oversees Product Development, Design, and Operations, Driving Innovation and Excellence in every project.
VENKATESH KANDIKATTI
Co - Founder & Managing Director
An alumnus of IIT Kharagpur (Civil Engineer) and IIM Lucknow, Mr. Venkatesh brings strong technical expertise and strategic insight to the construction industry.
He was experienced in Operations Management, Instrumentation, Mechatronics, SCADA systems for Oil and Gas installations at Fortune 500 HPCL.
He was PMO Manager for Lodha Palava II - Lakeshore Greens 84 acre smart city project handling Pre execution strategy, Planning, Initiation, Closure & Handover for over 7600 Apartments with Amenities & Infrastructure.
He was Head, Costing, Budgeting, Planning for 115 Acre Runwal Gardens Project at Mumbai.
At I-FORM, he leads Business Development and CRM, ensuring sustainable Growth and Innovation.
